Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking an experienced Manager in our Business Transformation practice to serve as a trusted partner to clients. You will lead design and activation of FP&A and close/consolidation operating models, manage multi-entity environments, and guide teams through strategic blueprints and multi-year roadmaps.

You will also provide hands-on FP&A support, drive process improvements, and collaborate across solution areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in professional services (public accounting/advisory/consulting) preferred.
• CPA/CFA/PMI/related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and close/consolidation operating model design and activation.
• Manage end-to-end process design across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops and develop strategic blueprints and roadmaps.
• Provide interim FP&A support and identify performance improvements.
• Contribute to recruiting, proposals, and AI initiatives.
