Job summary

AgriSompo North America is seeking an Area Claims Supervisor to lead a remote team from North Dakota on MPCI, private products and Named Peril claims. You’ll drive training, performance, and service standards while coordinating with regional leadership for staffing and budgeting.

Responsibilities include coaching adjusters, monitoring productivity and closure rates, and ensuring compliant claims processing. Travel up to 60% may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of crop insurance claim experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience preferred.
• License: valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record; CAPP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a claims team for MPCI, private products, and named peril.
• Oversee claims processing, quality, and timelines with regional leadership.
• Coach adjusters, manage staffing, and drive performance against goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective internal communications.
