Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the crop insurance and claims adjusting area.
• Reliable personal transportation and travel within territory.
• RCIS Crop Adjuster physical requirements: walk in fields, climb storage bins, lift 25–50 lbs, outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections and related tasks with minimal supervision.
• Explain complex regulations to claimants, agents and industry personnel.
• Investigate crop damage, record data and transmit loss information for indemnities.
• Gather facts, apply applicable law and negligence principles.
• Complete reviews and audits on lower-level adjusters as assigned.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to team projects.
