Job summary

OLIVER, a Brandtech Group company, is seeking a CRM Strategist to translate strategy into detailed email campaigns for adult learners and healthcare professionals. Based in Minneapolis with remote options, you will collaborate with the CRM Strategy Lead and Campaign Managers to deliver personalized journeys and measure performance.

You will design briefs, manage segmentation, run A/B tests, ensure data quality, and contribute to QBRs.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing—multi-brand environment.
• Proficiency in enterprise email marketing systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua).
• Strong analytical skills with campaign performance data, A/B testing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email/CRM programs across five institutions, including lead nurture, enrollment, and retention journeys.
• Create detailed briefs, segmentation logic, and personalization specs for Campaign Managers and Email Developers.
• Monitor open rates, CTR, conversions, and enrollment attribution; provide optimization recommendations.
