Job summary

Brkthru Digital, LLC is hiring a Software Developer, CRM to strengthen our Zoho CRM environment and support Bravo, WordPress properties, and internal tools. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with strong autonomy and collaboration.

You will work across teams to deliver reliable CRM services, design integrations via APIs, and ensure code quality and documentation. This role emphasizes proactive improvement and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience working within CRM (Zoho preferred) or other complex business systems.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to production systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the ongoing reliability and performance of the Zoho CRM environment and align changes with leadership.
• Maintain and enhance Bravo (React), WordPress properties, and internal tooling.
• Lead CRM refactoring, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure improvements.
• Coordinate delivery of multiple initiatives and manage risk and documentation.
