Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for lead management, account, contact, and opportunity creation; perform complex CRM tasks for all relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and create reports and respond to high-visibility, complex data requests with CRM tools; partner with key stakeholders for data requests.
• Work with team members for complex data requests to ensure processes remain efficient and department goals are met; monitor exception reports and remedy data quality issues.
• Monitor the process for standardizing, updating, and uploading approved data into the CRM; perform audits and identify improvements.
• Develop project plans; manage deliverables to ensure on-time delivery; coordinate content for company-wide communications.
• Mentor, coach, and train other team members and stay updated on design and technology trends.
