Job summary

Schnabel is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Specialist to drive CRM administration, dashboards, analytics, and marketing operations across the organization. The role will partner with the Director of BD & Marketing to optimize Followup CRM, support executive reporting, and advance CRM adoption company-wide.

Travel to corporate and regional offices will be required. Hybrid or remote work is possible, with periodic events, trade shows, and meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience supporting CRM administration, sales operations, or marketing operations.
Experience administering CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
Experience developing dashboards, executive reporting, and KPI metrics.
Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of BD & Marketing with CRM administration and dashboard development.
Coordinate marketing initiatives and trade show planning.
Support opportunity tracking, account management, and reporting.
Prepare executive presentations and marketing materials.
Train users and drive adoption of CRM systems.
Analyze data and provide insights for leadership.
