Abbott is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist for Cardiac Rhythm Management. This field-based role provides engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support to physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff.

The role requires a Biomedical Engineering degree, 0-2 years of related experience or a cardiac training certification, and the ability to obtain CRM product certification. Remote work from the United States is supported.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of related experience or a cardio training program certification.
• Ability to obtain certification in CRM products.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology or related procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
• Engineering skills to interpret and solve complex clinical problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, vendors and customers while managing multiple assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office to develop presentation materials.

Aufgaben

• Under general direction, provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support.
• Respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff regarding CRM products.
• Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
