Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an experienced US Critical Environments Operations Supervisor to oversee mission-critical facilities. The role ensures 24/7 uptime of UPS, generators, HVAC, PDUs, and BMS systems across data centers and trading floors, with escalation to the CE Operations Manager as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, vendor management, and performance metrics while advancing the capabilities of the CE team for future operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Vocational degree in electrical systems, HVAC/refrigeration, or critical facilities management.
• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years direct supervision of critical facilities operations with 24/7 responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist CE Operations Manager in managing critical engineering operations across assigned facilities.
• Coordinate with CE Management Leads, client Critical Environments Team, and engineering/operations teams to maintain 100% infrastructure availability.
• Monitor and respond to critical facility alarms, incidents, and infrastructure issues.
• Lead participation in root cause analyses for critical incidents and ensure compliance with change management.
