Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider to support tele-critical care from home, covering Wisconsin units. The APP will manage adult ICU patients, rotate shifts (evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays), and operate under a shift-based model.

ACNP/PA certification and IL/WI licensure are required, with a CME allowance and employer-paid benefits for the full-time role, where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RN and APRN licenses in state(s) of practice.
• Active national board certification in area of clinical practice.
• Active DEA registration prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and plan care for ICU patients.
• Order tests, prescribe therapies, and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain timely EMR documentation and coding accuracy.
• Collaborate with the physician team and other clinicians.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and meetings.

Acute Care Board Certified

Critical care experience
