Job summary

Solari seeks a Crisis Specialist to respond to crisis calls, chats, and texts statewide. You will assess safety, coordinate care, and provide resources to empower recovery. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this 24/7 role.

Qualifications

• Minimum combinations of education and behavioral health experience as outlined.
• Possess crisis intervention awareness and safety focus.
• Experience with crisis lines and coordination of care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls, texts, and chats for crisis services with compassion and expertise.
• Screen and triage to guide crisis interventions using risk assessment tools.
• Share mental health education and connect to community resources.
• Collaborate in training, meetings, and clinical oversight.
• Document interactions accurately in the EHR.
