My Rights Law Group is seeking an experienced, sales-focused professional to be among the first contacts for prospective clients seeking criminal defense representation. You will build trust, understand concerns, and clearly communicate how we can help, including discussing fees and payment options to guide qualified prospects toward retention.

Responsibilities include managing leads in our CRM, following up consistently, and collaborating with the firm’s attorneys to provide a supportive client

Qualifications

• Proven phone sales experience required.
• Experience guiding inbound prospects through the decision-making process.
• Criminal defense or law firm sales experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients and families seeking criminal defense representation.
• Sell professional services by guiding qualified prospects through the retention process.
• Discuss legal fees and payment options clearly and confidently.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients throughout the decision-making process.
• Accurately manage leads, follow-up activity, and client communications in the firm’s CRM.
• Work closely with attorneys and team to provide a professional and supportive experience from first contact through retention.
