Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP seeks licensed attorneys to provide legal services as Independent Contractors supporting our foreclosure and creditors' rights practice in North Carolina and Tennessee. This part-time to near-full-time contract role offers 30–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Work remotely across states while maintaining independent contractor status. Responsibilities include case management, drafting pleadings, and advising on strategy with strong emphasis on compliance and client

Qualifications

Active law license in good standing in NC, TN, or OH; multi-state admission preferred.
Experience in foreclosure, creditors' rights, litigation, or mortgage default servicing.
Strong written communication and case management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Manage caseloads in foreclosure, collections, bankruptcy, title, eviction, and related default servicing.
Draft, review, and approve pleadings, motions, affidavits, notices, and other documents.
Provide oversight on foreclosure and collections litigation and related creditors' rights matters.
Appear at hearings and mediations, in person or remotely as allowed by jurisdiction.
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, investor guidelines, and client standards.
