Fifth Third Bank seeks an experienced Credit Risk Manager II to lead the CRR Continuous Review program for our commercial or consumer units. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or economics; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years lending/credit risk experience; CRR or loan review background desirable.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to present and influence senior leaders and regulators effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the CRR Continuous Review program for assigned business units.
• Assess credit risk management processes and provide independent evaluations and recommendations.
• Present findings to senior leaders, regulators and external auditors on a regular cadence.
• Coordinate with first/second line to monitor risk, and drive corrective actions and improvements.
