• Maintain credit limits and monitor AR risk.
• Escalate AR risks to management.
• Process and send/receive credit agreements.
• Document credit details in TMS, HubSpot and SharePoint.
• Respond to credit inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Verify customers meet credit standards.
• Ensure AR remains within limits.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, and Receivables.
• Record and monitor credit information.
• Assist with collections and payment reconciliation.
• Maintain relationships with assigned accounts.
• Adhere to SOPs and perform other duties as required.
