The role develops reports on loan portfolios, supports credit administration deliverables, and provides analytical insights for portfolio performance and concentration analysis. You will analyze credit memo activity, monitor credit concerns, and help standardize data definitions while driving automation to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 3+ years experience.
• Experience with lending software, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Oracle BI, Tableau, Microsoft Access, or similar applications.
• Credit Risk Management work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in credit analytics, reporting, data mining, and methodologies; support reserving requirements.
• Analyze and report on credit memo and write-off activity; communicate credit concerns to management.
• Ensure documentation for internal and external stakeholders; support change management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across business lines.
• Drive data element definitions and support projects for data consistency, availability and quality.
• Assist in implementing technology solutions to reduce manual processes and improve cycle times.
• Collaborate with leadership to enable efficient data capture, reporting, and forecasting.
• Conduct special studies on portfolio risks; analyze data improvement and parameter settings such as PD/LGD correlations, prepayment, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
