Job summary

Pathward is seeking a remote-friendly Customer Service professional to manage a portfolio of accounts and assist clients with funding requests and servicing issues. The role emphasizes debt collection, compliance, and reporting while supporting Account Executives to make informed credit decisions.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 3+ years of relevant experience, and a strong focus on service, detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a portfolio of accounts including preventing operational risk rating downgrades, reconciling and funding accounts and performing collection activities.
• Monitor collateral performance and assist Account Executives to inform credit decisions.
• Identify red flags, assess risk, and recommend solutions.
• Maintain outstanding customer service to clients, prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Process funding requests, purchase batches, borrowing certs, and client requests.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting.
• Analyze trends on a client-by-client basis to mitigate risks.
• Address debtor issues and secure collateral.
• Balance needs of company and client; make timely decisions.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of ABL/Factoring with multiple collaterals.
• Other duties as assigned.
