Pathward is seeking a Credit Analytics professional to develop reports on loan portfolios and provide analytical insights. The role focuses on concentration analysis, portfolio performance, and supporting credit administration deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in quantitative methods, strong communication, and proficiency with reporting tools like SSRS, Crystal Reports, Oracle BI, and Tableau.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 3+ years experience in credit analytics or a related field.
• Experience with lending software and reporting tools (SSRS/Crystal Reports/Tableau/Oracle BI).
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Provide support in all aspects of credit analytics, reporting, data mining and methodologies; support reserving requirements.
• Analyze credit memo and write-off activity and communicate concerns to management.
• Ensure documentation for internal and external stakeholders and maintain change management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across business lines.
• Drive data quality, definitions, and data availability across systems.
• Support technology solutions to reduce manual processes and improve cycle times.
• Collaborate with leadership to enable efficient data capture, reporting and forecasting.
• Conduct special studies on portfolio risks and recommend data/parameter changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
