Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Credit Monitoring Analyst II to support commercial credit monitoring and portfolio management through reviewing borrower and guarantor financials, testing covenants, and post-closing loan review.

You will calculate financial ratios, communicate trends to the responsible teams, and ensure documentation and tracking align with loan approvals. The role offers onsite and remote work with a focus on accuracy and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Minimum 2 years of credit monitoring and loan document experience.
• Experience with credit analysis and financial statement review; knowledge of balance sheets, income statements and cash flows.

Responsibilities

• Accurately calculate financial ratios and monitor covenants for compliance as outlined in loan documents.
• Communicate borrower performance and trend analysis to the appropriate internal parties.
• Complete post-booking reviews on commercial loans to ensure document accuracy and covenant tracking.
• Analyze and assess financial statements and credit history of clients.
• Provide support to Credit Administration on special projects and maintain confidentiality.
