Busey Bank is seeking a Credit Monitoring Analyst II to support commercial credit monitoring and portfolio management by reviewing borrower financials, testing covenants, and ensuring alignment between loan approval, documentation, and tracking systems. The role involves analyzing financial statements, communicating results to the team, and providing back-up support during peak times.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business is required, with at least two years in credit monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting or business.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with credit loan documents and credit monitoring in financial services.
• Experience in nCino and Jack Henry preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Accurately calculate financial ratios and monitor borrower covenants for compliance.
• Communicate borrower performance and trend analyses to relevant teams.
• Complete post-booking reviews to ensure accuracy of loan documents and covenants.
• Analyze and assess financial statements and credit history of clients.
• Support Credit Administration on special projects as assigned.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as requested.
• Provide back-up support during peak times and review Borrowing Base Certificates.
• Mentor junior Credit Monitoring Analysts.
