Busey Bank is seeking a Credit Monitoring Analyst II to support corporate credit monitoring and portfolio management. You will review borrower financials, test covenants, and perform post-closing reviews to ensure alignment of loan approval, documentation and tracking systems.

You will analyze financial statements, communicate trends to stakeholders, and provide back-up support during peak periods. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 2+ years of relevant experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting or business is required.
• Minimum 2 years of credit monitoring or credit loan documents experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with nCino/Jack Henry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately calculate financial ratios and monitor borrower covenants for compliance.
• Communicate performance analysis to internal stakeholders clearly.
• Complete post-booking loan reviews to ensure documentation aligns with approvals.
• Analyze financial statements and credit history of clients.
• Support special credit administration projects as needed.
• Adhere to credit policies and procedures and provide ad hoc reports.
