Busey Bank is seeking a Credit Monitoring Analyst II to support commercial credit monitoring and portfolio management. You will review borrower financials, test covenants, and conduct post-closing loan reviews to ensure alignment of approval, docs, and tracking systems.

Your role involves calculating ratios, reporting on borrower performance, and assisting with special projects within Credit Administration. A bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate understanding of credit analysis and financial statements.
• Full understanding of balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Full understanding of loan and collateral documents, including attorney prepared documentation.

Responsibilities

• Calculate financial ratios and monitor borrower covenants for compliance.
• Communicate borrower performance and trend analyses to the appropriate parties.
• Perform post-booking reviews on commercial loans to ensure accuracy of loan documents.
• Analyze and assess financial statements and credit history of clients.
• Provide back-up support and mentorship within the team.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as requested.
