Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst in the United States, primarily remote, to drive the credit to cash cycle for product sales. You will analyze customers' creditworthiness and payment patterns, manage collections and accounts receivable, and coordinate with sales and operations to release orders.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of relevant experience, an accounting/finance background, and strong data entry and English skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with Accounting / Finance preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English (level B2 or higher).
• Possesses strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer financials utilizing financial data (balance sheets, income statements).
• Analyze Trade payment reports regarding customer payments patterns.
• Analyze security agreements and UCC filings.
• Manage accounts receivable for specified customer base, including collections and reconciliations.
• Manage credit lines for specified market or customer base.
• Manage customer order release based on credit lines and AR status.
• Resolve root causes disrupting the credit-to-cash cycle through cross-functional collaboration.
