Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years CRE underwriting or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and order appraisals for loan products and monitor completion.
• Upload and manage financial statement ticklers.
• Review borrower financials and perform analysis in Sageworks.
• Analyze appraisals and real estate performance.
• Assist in market, borrower, and portfolio analysis as needed.
• Support underwriting for IRA products and simpler CRE transactions.
