Job summary

ASRC Federal seeks a Regional Credentials Manager to oversee credentialing and privileging for ANG programs, coordinating with NGB/SGOK and ANGMS across facilities as needed. The role is remote/telework with minimal travel, requiring strong knowledge of credentialing processes, DoW/AFI guidance, and ability to work with military personnel and credentialing teams.

Qualifications include 2+ years in medical/health systems credentialing, 1+ year in professional licensure management, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS grad with an additional 4 years of equivalent Credentialing training, or Military/Civilian Health Services Administration experience.
• Agency Background Check required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office/data automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing and recredentialing applications and privileging processes IAW NGB/SGOK guidance.
• Maintain and update credentialed provider records for ANG drills, deployments, and verifications.
• Enroll, monitor, and disenroll providers in the NPDB CQ system.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to support ANG Clinical Quality Management program.
