Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Regional Credentials Manager to oversee credentialing for Air National Guard programs. This remote/telework role supports NGB/SGOK guidance and requires minimal travel across the United States.

You will process credentialing, privileging and recredentialing applications, and ensure providers are properly appointed and privileged with MDGs and facilities as needed. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in medical/health systems credentialing, experience with DoW/AFI

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of medical/health systems experience, preferably in Military Health Systems.
At least 1 year of experience in acquisition, maintenance and review of licensure, privileging or continuing education for military healthcare providers.
Ability to communicate effectively with military personnel and senior medical staff.
Knowledge of AFI 44-119, DoDI 6025.13, ANGMS Credentialing and Privileging guidance, DHA PM 6025.13 and related HA/DoW/MHS guidance.

Responsibilities

Credentialing and privileging for ANG providers in line with NGB/SGOK guidance.
Maintain up-to-date provider records for drills, deployments and expirations.
Enroll and monitor providers in the NPDB CQ system as Authorized Agent.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to support ANG Clinical Quality Management.
