Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Credentialing and Support Specialist for our Managed Care Team. This remote role requires residence in NC, SC, TN, AL, or FL and offers compensation of $19.23-$27.00 per hour with possible bonuses.

You will handle credentialing, re-credentialing, and liaison tasks for multiple facilities nationwide. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining credentialing databases, and coordinating with Legal, HR, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Guarantees full compliance with policies and regulations for credentialing processes.
• Ensures credentialing applications and requirements meet regulatory standards.
• Maintains timely flow of credentials information to meet deadlines.
• Coordinates with Legal, HR and Compliance to verify information.
• Maintains state licenses, CLIA, COIs, surveys, and credentialing docs.
• Manages the credentialing database and related records.
• Represents the company professionally to health plans and partners.
• Supports contract and market-specific projects and cataloging.
• Files and maintains contract database with Contract Resource.
• Provides general administrative support including meeting notes and inbox processing.
