Job summary

Specialty Dental Brands (SDB) seeks a Credentialing Support Administrator to provide administrative and operational support for provider credentialing, enrollment, and related tasks. This fully remote role collaborates with Credentialing Specialists to prepare documentation, monitor progress, and ensure accurate records.

You’ll biweekly follow up with payers, maintain trackers, and help with onboarding, acquisitions, and payer roster updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in credentialing, provider enrollment, payer relations, healthcare administration, or administrative support.
• Dental or revenue cycle management knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with credentialing applications and payer processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credentialing and recredentialing applications and related enrollment documents.
• Review applications and gather supporting documentation for payer review.
• Follow up with payers biweekly and track submission outcomes.
• Maintain call and work order dashboards and credentialing records.
• Review payer rosters monthly for accuracy of provider, location, and TIN information.
• Manage daily priorities and meet established turnaround times.
• Escalate delays or enrollment issues to the Credentialing Specialist.
