Job summary

Only-Connect Psychological Services is seeking a meticulous Credentialing Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of credentialing for our mental health therapists. This fully remote, part-time contract role offers potential growth to full-time as the company expands.

You will credential providers with various insurance payers, onboard them to EAP platforms, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining accurate provider data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare credentialing for mental health providers.
• Experience with insurance paneling (commercial and government).
• Experience with EAP platform enrollment preferred.
• Proficiency with CAQH, NPPES and credentialing portals.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage credentialing for mental health clinicians with various payers.
• Onboard providers to EAP platforms and manage enrollment documentation.
• Maintain organized credentialing records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Generate reports on credentialing status and timelines.
