Job summary

Point32Health, Inc. is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to maintain and process credentialing for affiliated physicians and providers in compliance with policies and state regulations. This role supports licensure verification and NPDB reviews while ensuring timely entry of credentialing information.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in healthcare, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Some work from home is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare field.
• Experience with provider credentialing and familiarity with credentialing processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and process credentialing information for new and established providers.
• Verify licenses, board certifications, and qualifications from sources.
• Review adverse information in NPDB and state/federal sanctions.
• Enter credentialing data accurately into the system and prepare files for review.
• Collaborate with Credentialing Supervisor and Medical Directors on complex issues.
