The role ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance and maintains accurate credentialing records, working closely with leadership and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with credentialing software and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate initial credentialing and re-credentialing for new and existing providers.
• Collect, review, and verify required provider documentation.
• Conduct primary and secondary source verifications.
• Identify discrepancies and follow up to resolve issues.
• Monitor and track provider licenses, certifications, and expiring documents.
• Maintain provider and facility records within credentialing software systems.
• Assist providers with licensing and credentialing inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
• Maintain organized electronic provider and facility files.
• Provide timely follow-up on outstanding credentialing items and renewal requirements.
