The Jewish Board is seeking a Credentialing & Enrollment Coordinator to manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for medical and behavioral health providers. Remote work from offshore locations (Mexico, Peru, Colombia) with strict compliance to PECOS, OPRA, and NYS regulations.

You will leverage AI tools and Tableau to visualize credentialing pipelines, timelines, and aging, while collaborating with NY-based HR and program directors to onboard staff and secure

Competenze

• 3–5 years of US healthcare credentialing and provider enrollment experience.
• Familiarity with PECOS, OPRA, and NYS enrollment workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency at professional level.

Mansioni

• Coordinate initial enrollment, revalidation, and maintenance across payers.
• Maintain NY state regulatory workflows through eMedNY, OMH, and OASAS portals.
• Manage credentialing portfolios for diverse medical and behavioral staff.
• Collaborate with HR and Clinical Operations to gather pre-employment documents.
• Design dashboards and track credentialing pipelines using Tableau.
