Connections Health Solutions is a fully remote leader in behavioral health credentialing and enrollment. We seek a Credentialing Specialist to manage onboarding, data entry, documentation requests, licensing research, and PSV.

You will coordinate with HR and payers, maintain CAQH and enrollment records, and support multi-state telehealth initiatives. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in credentialing, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Medallion, PECOS, and CAQH.

Qualificações

• 2 years of experience in provider and/or facility credentialing, payer enrollment, or related managed care administrative work.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes.
• Experience with credentialing software (e.g., Medallion) or similar.
• Strong communication by phone/text and email.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Vaccination policy compliance required.

Responsabilidades

• Provider onboarding & data entry: manage onboarding from HR notification through provider profile completion.
• Provider communication: request documentation and follow up for 100% profile completion.
• Verbal provider support: respond to questions and keep credentialing moving.
• Provider licensing research: interpret state requirements for licensure and scope.
• PSV & primary source verification monitoring and escalation.
• Malpractice & insurance coordination with broker and CAQH uploads.
• Payer enrollment & maintenance: monitor applications and dates.
• CAQH & attestation management: keep CAQH profiles current.
• Multi-state licensing support for telehealth; registration processes.
• BHS staff credentialing and facility credentialing maintenance.
• Offboarding and recredentialing monitoring; SOPs and documentation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Talent Acquisition, leadership; committee reporting.
• Process documentation and continuous improvement; other duties as assigned.
