Job summary

The Jewish Board is seeking a Credentialing & Enrollment Coordinator to manage end-to-end credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for medical and behavioral health providers. Remote work from offshore teams (Mexico, Peru, Colombia) with strict compliance to PECOS, OPRA, NYS frameworks, using AI tools to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, human services, or business.
• Certified credentials (CPCS or CPMSM) preferred but not required.
• Experience with US healthcare credentialing and provider enrollment is needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate initial enrollment, revalidation, and maintenance across federal and state payers.
• Maintain NY regulatory knowledge for enrollment via eMedNY, OMH, and OASAS portals.
• Manage credentialing portfolios for diverse medical and behavioral health staff.
• Collaborate with HR and clinical operations to gather pre-employment docs and onboard staff.
• Design dashboards and monitor credentialing pipelines using Tableau.
