Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management experience or related discipline.
• Experience managing complex, multi-team programs with dependencies.
• Experience facilitating standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Ability to translate objectives into structured workstreams and responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating across creative, marketing, product, engineering, operations, technology, or enablement.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication to update stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and risk logs.
• Coordinate interconnected workstreams across multiple teams and functions.
• Facilitate daily standups, planning sessions, and cross-functional reviews.
• Translate objectives into defined workstreams, responsibilities, and next steps.
• Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and decisions to maintain momentum.
• Develop communications, training materials, and enablement resources.
