Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking an Account Manager within Creative Studio to partner with the account team, manage creative projects, and ensure on-strategy delivery across campaigns. You will coordinate with internal creatives, operations, and marketing managers to support Dexcom’s commercial priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Experience in an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
• Strong collaboration with marketing, creative, operations, and account teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management systems (Asana, Workfront, Wrike, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Creative Studio stakeholders through intake to final delivery.
• Lead kickoff, reviews, revisions, and debriefs across projects.
• Build strong internal partnerships with clear, proactive updates.
• Prioritize work, monitor capacity, and optimize resources.
• Communicate scope, timelines, and dependencies to partners.
