Job summary

Dexcom Inc. seeks an Associate Marketing Manager, Digital Project Manager to join the North America Digital Experience team.

You will support and optimize digital customer experiences on Dexcom.com in the US and Canada, driving lead generation and improving customer journeys. You will collaborate with Creative, Brand, IT, Analytics, and CRM teams to translate business needs into actionable project requirements, manage timelines, and lead UAT testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 5–8 years of digital marketing or project management experience.
Experience with website platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics, or testing/QA.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans.

Responsibilities

Support and optimize digital customer acquisition and engagement initiatives across Dexcom.com in the US and Canada.
Partner with Creative, Brand, IT, Analytics, and CRM teams to gather business requirements and align digital solutions with objectives.
Monitor website lead generation performance, customer journeys, and form functionality to improve conversion and user experience.
Document business requirements, workflows, process maps, and user stories for successful delivery of digital marketing projects.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and solutions.
Coordinate project activities, timelines, testing efforts, and stakeholder communications for website and marketing tech enhancements.
Lead and support user acceptance testing, validating functionality and data accuracy, tracking issues to resolution.
Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and development teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
Support ongoing enhancements to lead capture, routing, nurturing, and reporting processes for continuous improvement across the Dexcom digital ecosystem.
