Job summary
Dexcom Inc. is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager, Digital Project Manager to join the North America Digital Experience team.
This role focuses on managing and optimizing digital experiences on Dexcom.com in the US and Canada, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and seamless lead capture. You will partner with Creative, Brand, IT, Analytics, and CRM teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, oversee testing, and ensure timely delivery of marketing technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5–8 years of related experience.
- Experience in digital marketing, CRM, analytics, or marketing tech preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support digital customer acquisition and engagement on Dexcom.com.
- Partner with Creative, Brand, IT, Analytics, and CRM teams to gather requirements.
- Monitor lead generation performance, customer journeys, and form functionality.
- Document requirements, workflows, and user stories for delivery of digital projects.
- Lead and support UAT, validate functionality and data accuracy.
