Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead marketing and creative production projects, coordinate photoshoot/video work, and manage external agencies. The role is fully remote and may be performed from any approved location in the United States, primarily during Mountain Time business hours with about 10% travel.

You will partner with internal teams, freelancers, and contracted agencies to deliver creative work on time and within budget, develop production standards,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/marketing project management and/or production experience.
• Strong leadership, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Apple systems, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management for marketing/creative projects.
• Coordinate photoshoots and video production; manage external agencies.
• Develop and manage project scope, timelines, costs and resources.
• Create and maintain budgets, estimates, proposals and billing.
• Present creative work to stakeholders for approval and maintain schedules.
