Job summary

Wealthfront is seeking a Producer to help facilitate, manage, and improve the workflow of our growing creative and marketing teams. You’ll partner with Creative Directors and Marketing leads to orchestrate every aspect of our process from start to finish, delivering on strategy, on time and on budget.

Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, you’ll optimize throughput and drive people development through better processes, high expectations, and empathetic leadership, in a remote-first

Qualifications

• Experience in leading complex marketing/creative projects.
• Strong ability to align multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Proven track record of delivering on strategy, on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Ensure time is spent with highest leverage for impact.
• Manage kickoff, reviews, and delivery with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify and drive process improvements for smoother, scalable work.
• Plan and prioritize Creative projects with leadership.
• Communicate trade-offs to maximise business impact.
• Oversee production timelines with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate contracts, budgets, and vendor run rates.
• Support Legal and Compliance reviews and team events logistics.
