Job summary

Hovercraft is seeking a Mid-Level Producer to join the Team. You will collaborate with in-house creatives and management, working with clients to deliver integrated campaigns, brand systems, retail and environmental design, and interactive installations.

3–5+ years of project and team management experience, strong communication, and a collaborative, proactive mindset are essential. This remote-first role supports US-based teams and may involve occasional on-site client meetings.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing projects and teams.
• Experience with integrated campaigns and brand systems.
• Excellent communicator with teams, clients, and vendors.
• Ability to work effectively with remote team members.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution with a team of creative leads, designers, animators, and producers.
• Develop or co-develop project plans with other Producers and/or the Executive Producer.
• Oversee timelines, day-to-day deliverables, and communicate project statuses with teams and clients.
• Provide weekly project status updates during production department meetings.
• Ensure all work streams are executed at the highest level.
• Stay actively engaged in improving processes to seek operational efficiency.
