Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Creative Producer for ElevenReader, our fast-growing consumer audio app. You will lead creative strategy and production, building scalable AI-powered workflows and testing roadmaps to drive acquisition across major platforms.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Design, Growth Analytics, and agencies to iterate on concepts, templates, and campaigns that maximize measurable outcomes while maintaining brand excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance creative, art direction, growth marketing, or design at a high-growth consumer product or tech company.
• Deep expertise with generative AI for image and video creation and scalable creative workflows.
• Experience creating high-performing ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, or other paid channels.
• Experience with creative performance analytics tools like Motion.

Responsibilities

• Design creative systems, concepts, templates, mood boards, briefs, and AI workflows for high-velocity ad production.
• Create visually stunning, brand-aligned ads end-to-end in Figma and ElevenLabs.
• Direct agency partners with clear briefs, scripts, storyboards, and feedback to ensure timely asset delivery.
• Launch creative testing programs across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels.
• Develop a structured creative roadmap with recurring testing sprints and learning agendas.
• Build analytical frameworks to identify winning creative patterns from performance data.
