Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Creative Producer for its ElevenReader consumer app, driving creative campaigns and building scalable workflows powered by AI tools. You’ll lead strategic creative direction, partner with Marketing, Design, and Growth Analytics, and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance creative, art direction, or growth marketing at high-growth tech company.

Responsibilities

• Designing creative systems, concepts and templates, mood boards, briefs, and AI workflows that power high-velocity ad production.
• Create visually-stunning, brand aligned, static ad campaigns end-to-end in Figma and ElevenLabs.
• Directing agency partners with clear and compelling briefs, UGC scripts, storyboards, scripts, and feedback on concepts.
• Creating and launching creative testing programs across major platforms with Performance Marketing and agencies.
• Developing a structured creative roadmap with recurring testing sprints and learning agendas.
• Researching and mapping creative trends to generate new hypotheses for testing.
• Partnering with Performance Marketing and agencies to rapidly iterate and scale campaigns.
• Improving our creative production pipeline through AI automation and templates.
• Analyzing which creative resonates most with audiences via platforms and Motion.
• Raising the creative quality bar to maximize business outcomes.
