Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an Audio Engineering Lead to guide a team of engineers in creating and refining voice content for clients. You will ensure top-tier audio quality, lead on voice-design challenges, and provide hands-on training on ElevenLabs tools.

Remote by default with global collaboration; opportunity to work with high-profile clients and large-scale media projects. Strong leadership and deep DAW expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in audio engineering, sound design, mixing, or related media fields.
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of talented Audio Engineers
• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customer using different techniques
• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices
• Join customer calls, support creative direction, and act as a fractional audio engineer for their workflows
