Job summary

The Minds is seeking a visionary Creative Director with COPY to strengthen brand building through culture, social engagement, and storytelling. This remote-first role partners with strategists, mentors teams, and balances hands-on execution with strategic leadership.

You will define standards, lead multi-platform campaigns, and present work to clients and executives, guiding a fast-paced agency environment toward creative excellence.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in a creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio across social, digital, experiential and traditional media.
• Experience presenting to C-Suite on multi-year strategies and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Define and elevate creative standards for teams and clients.
• Lead concept development and execution across digital and social platforms.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Oversee ideation, design, and production of multi-platform campaigns.
• Partner with strategists to develop culturally relevant brand narratives.
• Ensure outputs align with brand objectives and audience insights.
• Guide clients through storytelling and design strategies; present to senior stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire Art Directors, Copywriters, and Designers.
