SketchDeck is a remote-first creative partner seeking a Creative Director to set the strategic direction for brands and campaigns. You will lead discovery, research, positioning and messaging, partnering with design and content teams to bring ideas to life across channels.

You will guide key accounts, win new business, and contribute to the Creative Impact team's growth. This role reports to the VP, Creative Impact and requires strong client-facing leadership in a remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in brand strategy or strategic creative leadership, including at least 5 in an agency environment.
• Strong research skills from competitive analysis to audience insight.
• Excellent writer and presenter able to communicate strategy to senior stakeholders.

• Lead discovery with clients to understand goals, audiences and the real problem behind the brief.
• Run audience, market and competitor research and translate into actionable insights.
• Develop brand positioning, architecture, narratives and messaging frameworks across touchpoints.
