Job summary

SketchDeck is hiring a full-time Senior Business Development Manager for remote work in the United States. You will own the full sales cycle for creative and digital services, from outbound prospecting and discovery through proposals, negotiation, closing, and delivery transition.

The role requires seven+ years in business development within a creative or ad agency and offers base salary of $125,000–$150,000 with uncapped commissions and strong OT earnings.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of business development experience in creative, marketing, digital or advertising agency.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to proposals, negotiation, closing and delivery transition.
• Forecast accurately and maintain CRM records.
• Develop proposals, negotiate terms and manage client engagements up to delivery.
• Identify senior decision-makers and expand relationships across teams, service lines and brands.
