The role requires hands‑on experience with creative tools and paid Human Data experience for AI training (data labeling, annotation, RLHF, or rubric‑based grading). Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience using creative or design tools.
• Paid Human Data experience for AI training (data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading) is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or above.
• No formal degree necessary; substantial practical creative experience is the key qualification.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured tasks involving creative applications with tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, and more.
• Evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs for accuracy, usability, and realism.
• Provide detailed annotations, feedback, and quality ratings per project criteria.
• Document observations and improvement suggestions related to creative processes and tool usage.
• Submit deliverables within agreed timelines and uphold quality benchmarks.
