Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

You’ll evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required; experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement. Remote work available worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional design or related creative experience.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling or evaluation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI outputs.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
