YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project in graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training, with prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models required.

Work spans tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, and Milanote, with the ability to work remotely worldwide.

Qualifications

Proficient in graphic design, video editing and motion graphics.
Experience with UI/UX design and related tools.
Paid experience in AI human-data tasks is required.
Strong ability to assess AI outputs for quality and realism.
Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Perform structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, and Milanote.
Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Annotate, rate, and provide constructive feedback on AI outputs.
Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tools.
Assess composition, typography, layout, hierarchy, motion, editing, and UX.
Deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.
